1. About PulseMorph

PulseMorph AI (operated by Nyxtopia OÜ, registered in Estonia) is a B2B/B2C SaaS platform that provides market intelligence, event intelligence, news monitoring, AI-powered research assistance, signal generation, and delivery infrastructure via Telegram, webhooks, and the BotBridge API.

PulseMorph is not a financial services provider, broker, exchange, investment adviser, or betting/gambling platform. It does not execute trades, manage wallets, hold user funds, or place orders on any market or exchange.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using PulseMorph, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Description of Service

PulseMorph provides:

  • News intelligence and multilingual AI summaries
  • Event intelligence and real-time cluster monitoring
  • Prediction market intelligence (probability data, not recommendations)
  • AI-generated persona commentary (editorial / research perspective only)
  • Market signal generation based on configurable rule triggers
  • Signal delivery via Telegram bot, webhooks, and BotBridge API
  • Developer API for integrating intelligence data into third-party systems

All outputs are informational research tools. They do not constitute financial, investment, trading, or betting advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not use signal outputs as the sole basis for financial, trading, or investment decisions.
  • Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense raw data or AI outputs without written permission.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

PulseMorph operates on a subscription + credit model. Subscription fees are billed monthly. Credits are consumed per intelligence operation. Please refer to the Pricing page for current rates.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. See the Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated outputs may contain errors. PulseMorph does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PulseMorph AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including losses from decisions based on signal outputs.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and branding are owned by Nyxtopia OÜ. AI outputs generated from user-provided queries may be used by the user for personal or internal business purposes subject to these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
