Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 26 June 2026

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your PulseMorph subscription at any time from your account settings (Billing page) or by contacting support. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.

2. Access After Cancellation

After cancelling, your account retains full access to all plan features until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that date.

On the day after your billing period ends, your account is downgraded to the Free tier (if available) or deactivated. Your data (news monitors, rules, personas) is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export.

3. Credit Balance

Any unused monthly included credits are forfeited at cancellation and will not carry over or be refunded. Credit top-up packs purchased separately that remain unused are also non-refundable upon cancellation (see Refund Policy).

4. Delivery Channels

Upon cancellation or downgrade, active delivery connections (Telegram bots, webhook endpoints, BotBridge integrations) are paused. Existing connection configurations are preserved for 30 days in case you reactivate.

5. Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time by selecting a plan from the Billing page. Credits from a new subscription cycle will be available immediately.

6. Account Deletion

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact info@nyxtopia.com. Account deletion is irreversible. We will complete deletion within 30 days, retaining only records required by law (e.g. tax/billing records).
