Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Uses

PulseMorph may be used for:

  • Market and event intelligence research and monitoring
  • News aggregation and multilingual AI summarisation for internal use
  • Automated delivery of informational signals to your own systems or teams
  • Integration of intelligence data into your own products via the API
  • Competitive research and situational awareness
  • Academic and journalistic research

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PulseMorph for:

  • Financial advice or investment recommendations: Repackaging or presenting PulseMorph outputs as professional investment advice, trading recommendations, or buy/sell signals intended to direct financial decisions.
  • Gambling or betting services: Using prediction market intelligence outputs to operate or support gambling, betting, or wagering services.
  • Automated trading execution: Using signal outputs to directly trigger automated trade execution, order placement, or wallet operations without human review. PulseMorph is not a trading bot and signals are not designed for this purpose.
  • Market manipulation: Using intelligence outputs to coordinate, facilitate, or amplify efforts to manipulate financial markets, prices, or prediction market outcomes.
  • Spam and unsolicited messaging: Using delivery channels (Telegram, webhooks) to send unsolicited commercial messages to third parties.
  • Disinformation: Publishing, distributing, or amplifying AI-generated content as factual news without appropriate labelling, or using the platform to generate and spread deliberate disinformation.
  • Illegal activity: Any use that violates applicable laws, including data privacy laws, financial regulations, and intellectual property rights.
  • API abuse: Automated scraping, excessive API calls beyond plan limits, reverse engineering, or circumventing rate limits.
  • Resale without authorisation: Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially distributing raw intelligence outputs without a written reseller agreement.

3. BotBridge Integration Rules

The BotBridge API is designed for notify-only signal forwarding. Connected bots may receive and display signals but must not use signal data to autonomously execute trades, place orders, or move funds. Any downstream execution is the sole responsibility of the developer and their system.

4. AI Output Labelling

When sharing AI-generated summaries or persona commentaries externally, you must clearly identify the content as AI-generated and not present it as independent human editorial opinion or verified fact.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.
