Refund Policy

Effective date: 26 June 2026

1. Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time — see our Cancellation Policy.

We do not offer automatic refunds for unused days within a billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

2. Credit Top-ups

Credit top-up purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been partially or fully consumed, as they are digital goods immediately available upon purchase.

If credits were purchased but no credits have been consumed and a technical error prevented usage, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for review.

3. Case-by-Case Review

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances (billing errors, duplicate charges, extended service outages exceeding 24 hours) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, email info@nyxtopia.com with:

  • Your account email
  • The charge date and amount
  • Description of the issue

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

PulseMorph provides market and event intelligence as informational tools only. No refund will be issued on the basis that a signal, summary, or analysis did not produce a desired business or financial outcome, as we do not provide financial advice or guarantee any results.

5. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital services not yet started. By accessing and using the service immediately after purchase, you explicitly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is thereby waived as permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m).
